Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@humblebed.com 

Delivery of Defective/Damaged Merchandise.

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

• Sending you replacement parts or accessories or
• Replacing the product (if incorrect product arrives)
• We’ll also cover the cost of shipping!

Contact returns@humblebed.com with your name & order number and send along a few photos of the item’s condition. One of our team members will reach out to help. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellations & Refunds

We offer a minimum of 6-hours after order confirmation for cancellation requests. Once the product(s) ships the order cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer a return or exchange program for our products. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Free Shipping does not follow the paid shipping time frame, on average 7 to 15 business days in transit. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes.

We only ship to a valid street address and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Inside Delivery

We do not offer inside delivery. The driver will leave your package by the front door, driveway or in rare cases curbside.
